  7. Watching Casey lately he isn't even looking at the net when he has the puck. He has had open shot chances and he keeps looking to pass. He needs to work that out.

  8. Wouldn't be surprised to see an outdoor game in Utah in the next few years, with the Avs as the opponent. I agree that the NHL is terrible at promoting themselves, but I would imagine they'd want to draw more attention to this team playing in a new location, and get in on the fan excitement there while it still lasts.

  10. The problem with Mitts going to ANY other line is he messes that line up. The 3rd line is solid do he has no choice but to send him to the 4th. Its also better than benching him. Which he is playing bad enough to be benched. Hes been playing poor for a long time now. He seems to get the puck and box himself into a pass only situation and loses the puck. He also has been really bad on the D end of things… just lost. Its bad… really bad.

  11. I like my athletes like I like my car- RELIABLE. Yes, I understand that injuries are”part of the game.” Yes, things happen. However, it’s pretty obvious that the Avs do have certain people that are not the most reliable for a variety of reasons. I want guys who play, not sit.
