44. I swear this is Bud Grant reincarnated coaching wise. He has transformed this team in 3 years. Hell he's tranformed the fanbase and has so many believing in him and the team. He is the right guy at the right time. He held the team together when they dealt with the untimely and unfair loss of a teammate. That alone is unbelievable! I for one am grateful he's the coach of the Vikings!
