1. With the Brian Flores lawsuit still pending it would be surprising if he is fired. He knows where all the skeletons are buried.

2. Let's talk like real men here. I've been a Dolphins fan for over 50 years. This team absolutely stinks, period. Why am l still a fan, l couldn't tell you. This team has stunk for 24 years now. What this organization needs is a complete overhaul. Start by firing Grier. He knows nothing about football or business. Next, get rid of McDaniels now and hire Vrabel before someone else does. Finally, get rid of Tua. He is too injury prone and not nearly as good as people say. Start fresh with new people. Stop making excuses for this team and stop saying give these guys one more year. Open your eyes, people.

18. McDaniel needs to be told vet rest in the off-season is no longer acceptable. Without question, "Vet rest" hurt team readiness and chemistry this off season. Allowing McDaniel to do this is on Grier as well. If McDaniel stays, this MUST change. Second, the first three rounds need to be dedicated to Offensive and Defensive Line… specifically DT, G, NT, T. Need to extend the Jonnu Smith contract. May be time to cut ties with Berrios and Poyer. Need free agents for depth at CB DT and Safety.

20. Before we decide to change Head Coach or GM we need to know what other rule changes to expect in the off-season. The change in pre-snap motion rule enforcement hurt ALL Shanahan system teams…is more to come to hurt this system? Appears Goodell doesn't like the system…may be doing more damage to the system.

24. There are about 5 true "Franchise" qbs in the league and Tua isnt one of them. That term is thrown around and given way to easily.

26. Explain this one to me please. Grier was on the scout team for the Patriots for years.. Then he comes to Miami and he is promoted the GM in the hire. Why is it that when anyone comes from another team coach , GM whatever you get a promotion in Miami? I mean it doesnt make sense.

33. You need to be able to hit in the draft. Grier misses in the draft then tries making up for it doing trades or free agent signings.

36. Greir has to go. He's messed up way to many times in the draft. And he's done a horrible job of building this team with a strong foundation. If the Dolphins were a banana split, he made it with no icecream, bruised bananas, whipped cream, sprinkles, and 3 cherries on top. And we've been missing 1 of those cherries all season.

37. Got a feeling Coaches loved what they saw from Huntley and probably want to go with him against Jets since Jets are in disarray.
