  8. I look at it this way if we can get Jeanty for either QB do we go for it? You can then add a CB, DI or G with the other 1st and another in FA. If you Keep JJ you can add premium at those 3 needed positions, if Sam they are role fillers mid tier guys.

  10. What makes me angry is that the loser of DET/MIN GETS THE 5TH SEED BEHIND DIVISION CHAMPIONS WHO HAVE LESSER WIN/LOSS RECORDS ON THE SEASON!! ISAY IF YOUR DIVISION SUCKS-IT SUCKS! THE NFL SHOULD LINE UP THE PLAYOFFS BY YES BY CONFERENCE BUT AFTER THAT PURELY BY WAY OF WIN/LOSS RECORD. DIVISION CHAMPS ARE SUPERCEEDED BY TEAMS WITH A BETTER WIN/LOSS RECORD!

  13. The Vikings have lost 4 in a row to Detroit. The only time in team history the Vikes have lost more than 4 in a row to Detroit is 1961, 1962, and the first game of 1963.
    Let's not make History Vikings!!!

  14. The Lions have a simple, elegant solution to the chaos of D-Flo's stunting, tricky D: Five big men forming a stout half-circle in front of their quarterback. It is very difficult to trick your way through a solid wall. They also have a couple tight ends to block blitzes from the sides, and Goff knows just when to get rid of the ball. He operates with no fear, and if somebody does get through, he's willing to take a sack or throw away the ball. Pretty much what KOC is trying to teach Darnold.

    In the Vikings' favor, Darnold is more talented than Goff, and Darnold has a more talented group of receivers. If he really spreads the ball around, he could out-score the Lions. Skol.

  17. YOu can't error one way by paying a statue fror 6 years and then throw away a franchise top 5 Quarterback who has proven he can do it all and just because the last coaching team made a mistake on a very underwhelming Quarterback !!!

  18. Pressure on the Goof and ball security on the offensive side/special teams. Either of those is a fail, the game will be a fail.

    I think if the Vikes win they should go all the way. I'm torn because we are historically not good after bye weeks. However, we've also been an excellent road team this year and seem to be flowing well week to week. I don't want to be rooting for a loss, but dammit…Getting the #1 could possibly come back to bite us.

    Also, as a damn invested Vikes fan, it pains me to my core to say this; ALL things considered, and at this current moment, the Lions deserve the #1. A Vikes win would change that, tho. 😶🙄 Ugh..ima go throw up now..

  26. How about if PFF would have a receiver category like a Decoy Assist performance credit. Every time a receiver is double covered he is essentially a decoy. They give assists on defensive plays. I bet Jefferson would lead the league.

  29. I would be curious as to what Tampa Bay with Todd Bowles did to limit Detroit to 16 Points in the Lions home los in week 2 or 3.
