  2. My personal headcanon why (and I’m probably not alone in thinking this) is Caufield being there

    There are multiple reasons the lads are all pretty close-knit, but IMO he’s one of the most important “glues” that keeps them all together

    CC’s basically a golden retriever and no one can really be mad with a dog bouncing off the walls all the time lol

  5. I’m sure that keeping the young core of this team together long term, helps morale, which helps chemistry, etc. “We’re in this together.”
    It’s always interesting, too, listening to player interviews, because they all repeat what Marty is saying to them, which means that they believe in him too.
