This makes me think he’s still not willing to take full responsibility for his failures.

so uhhhhhh in his opinion which game was Houston Texans offense, because we haven’t come close to being a good offense all year for a complete game.
I know everyone just wants to dog pile the man, but this is accurate. We’ve had struggles that vary week to week, but what he said is really the only thing worth noting about the Christmas game. It’s not like he was asked, “What’s your silver lining?”. It’s been a tough year, and he’s struggled adjusting both this season and last, but yall are acting like he’s trying to excuse things or not trying at all. He’s adjusting, but they’re not working. That’s still an indictment, but this comment isn’t some gotcha moment.

I feel like it might get worse before it gets better. Cj only has one starting caliber receiver to throw to now. Everyone behind Collin’s that’s (not hurt) shouldn’t be on the roster next year.

I was born in 97’ so I never got to watch the oilers. I’ve watched every Texans game to the bitter end. I watched us go 2-13-1 leaving my buddies place cause he’s kicking me out to finish watching at home. Christmas game was the first game I could not finish the third quarter…. I do think cj is the guy we need. People says it’s cause he wears his heart on his sleeve and I can agree. But he’s also learning how to deal with these kind of situations against the best of the best. It doesn’t help that most of the year he hasn’t had a lot of blocks for him and our receiving core is held together by ligaments(literally). He’s gotta really be feeling the pressure now. I really want nothing but the best for our team and hope all our players do well.
