1. Well folks, here we are again, another game we should have won but we didn't.
   I'm not a big sports guy, I only follow hockey & I'm loyal to my home so that means I'm a #CBJ Hockey fan and man is that hard to say out loud! I used to give my uncle the business for being a Cleveland Browns fan but now I get it.

   Just curious for the guys upstairs that sign the checks, are you still glad you didn't squeeze out that extra few bucks for Todd McLellan?
   So here it is boys, we are missing something, & hey I'm no expert, I'm just a armchair know-it-all at best, but I know we are missing something and I think everyone else sees it too! Why can every other team in the NHL get the puck and clear it when the opponent is set up. We struggle with it at full strength and it's almost impossible during a PK? Ask anyone that's played for Torts if that's acceptable!
   Torts would lose his mind. I'm not here to talk up Torts, I don't even like the guy as a coach but I do know he wouldn't allow that! We are better than we are playing. The fans deserve better than what we are getting. I don't usually write stuff like this but I can't continue to sink my money into tickets for a franchise I'm embarrassed to root for! Maybe we should drop out of the NHL and give the ECHL a try. At least we'd be competitive there…

2. Detroit has a few more years ahead of cbj in rebuilding, they are experiencing the new coach bump and they are clogging up the neutral zone like T Mac teams do… I'm not expecting cbj to contend especially with their defense so I'm not disappointed yet. It was competitive and I feel that's a realistic expectation right now. I'd prefer a win but not too upset personally.
