If we end up coming out of this whole thing better than Chicago it’s going to be so funny.

I will be so glad when this draft is over so the Panthers can finally leave this trade a little further behind. I have more hope with the current staff then I have in quite some time so I’m really hoping they can do something great with those first four picks.
Dan is about to stock up talent with those picks. He had a good first off-season, but I’m looking forward to our team really turning a corner this year.
Morgan really needs to have a strong upcoming draft.
We really need to hit on our first two picks this time
They need to draft “pro ready” players instead of projects. XL was a miss. Can’t do that with the top picks this time
What does this mean
Hopefully Dan Morgan learned from mistakes like Mingo, DJ Johnson, and to a lesser extent XL and just goes with the most pro ready players this time instead of project players.
I also wouldn’t mind if he packaged some of the late rounds picks to move up on early Day 2 if there’s a player they really like
But how will we trade it away this time?
Morgan is gonna find nine players with that dawg in them. I believe!

This why I really see the raiders trying to jump to us if they fall behind the jets. I can see the raiders willing to jump 1-3 spots for Ward or Sanders. Depending how far they move up I can see us getting the 8th , 39th , & 183 (tbd). Now a great haul would be 8th , 39th , 70th , & 183 (tbd). Now I’m only feeling this way because we see how active Dan Morgan is in running the front office, he did mention accumulating more picks. Doubt we’ll trade away any players but this draft is deep & we need multiple positions filled. Wouldn’t be shocked to see us trade back & still get a great star player at a position of need for us.
