Weird that our strongest defensive performance all season was against the Devils. For some reason at the game today, I got the urge to put the pain meter to 10 when the Kings scored on the empty net, but then I remembered what sub I was on.

Pain meter is lowered to 1! It’s a good time to be a Kings fan.

3 great wins in a row, and 8 in a row at home! Love to beat the Oilers.

  2. Almost like that awful trade paved the way for some unexpected playing time for some & some other additions the Kings would have not made other wise & the results are looking good at the moment.

  3. I’ve been meaning to ask, why is Gretzky a “3”? Maybe a long answer. I just think of 92-93 and mostly positive memories of his time with us. Then again that was when I became a fan.

    And why is JR a “7”? I wasn’t following the team closely then. I imagine he wasn’t good for us. Was he bad for culture too?

    Edit: I saw on Wikipedia on JR. tough year. Garbage production. Why was 99 a “3”?
