  1. Yea coach is to lad back Andy Reid will sit yo ass if you fucking up i have a lot of respect for Flores like look at the vikes he took player that played in his system an took van ginkel from us the was our worst decision he always played good when a player felt down love my dolphins but shit haves to change from offense to defense we need a 6’3 receiver that can catch an block tired of 5,8 receiver blocking on a swing 😂💯

  2. Grier-Be-Gone. My list of replacements:
    1) Mike Borgonzi: Chiefs Asst. GM – Guy has MAJOR XP and has experienced the winning ways the past 10+ years with Reid.
    2) George Kokinis: Ravens VP of Player Personnel – Been through the shit since the Ravens were in Cleveland in the 1990's. The dude knows how to rebuild something from absolute garbage. The Dolphins could really use this kind of know-how.
    3) Ray Agnew: Lions Asst. GM – Detroit has built one of the best rosters around in the past 3 years with this dude around. Was also with the Rams building that mega-roster that went to the SB and won. This guy knows what it will take to win in the playoffs.
    4) Will McClay: Cowboys VP of Player Personnel – Discard the title, this guy is the ACTUAL GM of the Cowboys because Jurreh probably doesn't know where the shitter is without McClay directing him to it. He has been with Dallas for quite some time and if he actually had his way, the Cowboys might actually win in the damn playoffs. But, Jurreh will be Jurreh.
    5) Reggie McKenzie: Dolphins Sr. Personnel Exec – Sits alongside Marino a lot, do you think he's picked that beautiful brain of his, a time or two? Former GM who built a good roster only for Gruden to go and fuck it up for him, and got axed along with him. Went to the Packers, nuff said there. GM XP and in places that were contenders, therefore, he knows what it takes to win, and win in the playoffs.

My top 5. There are others out there, to be sure but these 5, in my opinion, have what we need: 1) Experienced winners who know what actual talent looks like, and 2) Experienced PLAYOFF winners, who know how to use that talent to win when it matters most.

  3. We are placing blame on a bad season to Grier and McDaniels. I disagree. Decimated with injuries doesn’t equal bad leadership. Granted they lost against good teams that have coaches and systems in place for an average of 7 years. That’s the key to all these great teams. As they lose coordinators to head coaching jobs they still remain relevant. I would like to see 2 more seasons with Grier and McDaniels. Also this season may or may not be over. Give it a rest of all the finger pointing. If I was to point any fingers on this team being bad it the fans period!!!
