The Broncos are 9-7 right now because they beat the teams they’re supposed to beat. This is one of those teams, I bolieve
you guys, I went to the Lions/Broncos game like in 2007 or whatever in Detroit when the Lions were super piss and that was the most embarrassing Broncos performance I’ve witnessed live, topped off by lardo DT Shaun Rogers going yard for [an interception TD](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AGI4wbgyyoQ). (Great quality on that replay)
I DO NOT want that to be topped Sunday.

“you would have loved to finish 9-8 at the beginning of the year with a shot to make the playoffs”
I will crash out.
Damn idk who they’re even going to have in there if that’s the case, it is legitimately going to be their entire back up squad. Somewhat shocked Hopkins and Worthy aren’t listed here but I would be shocked to see either play significant time.
Ultimately I think we take this one pretty convincingly as long as we don’t come in with big heads. Given how the last two games ended, I would be shocked.

Andy Reid will have a plan, and it will be a good plan. We can’t sleep on the “JV” team… all those guys see this as their audition to make a name for themselves. Chiefs would love nothing more than to play spoiler to the Broncos while resting their starters.

So they are going to play most of their starting O line (Jawaan Taylor is actually hurt)? Maybe without Golden Boy as QB, the refs will actually consider calling holding against their O-line, but doubtful.

Idk if people knew this but backups play with a massive chip on their shoulder. They are a couple bad plays away from being cut. This isn’t going to be a walk in the park. Respect the opponent and get the W

If we don’t win, this could be my biggest heartbreak game of all time. It will take me a long time to recover.
I think we can all agree that if the Broncos don’t win this game that they never deserved to be in the playoffs in the first place.
I am having night terrors of Wentz throwing 375 yards to wide receivers I’ve never heard of.
Carson Wentz isn’t a bad QB. Chiefs have won games without Pacheco and Hunt this year. Their WRs are playing and talented. Kelce hasn’t been the same this year and Noah Gray is solid. This is similar to me to a team just dealing with a few injuries and putting their backup QB in. I don’t think this changes much.
Defense is missing 6 of their starters – might be impactful but the Broncos haven’t taken advantage of bad defenses so this might be moot as well.
Coaches are great for KC, and I expect them to try to play loose and fun and do trick plays and other things. Andy Reid had a similar game in 2016 against the Chargers when they played Nick Foles and won.
Broncos better be prepared. The Browns kicked their ass a few years ago with a backup squad.
Wentz was once in the conversation for mvp. He has talent and he’s playing for a new contract.
