>In its simplest terms, a big-time throw is on the highest end of both difficulty and value. While the value is easy to see statistically, the difficulty has more to do with passes that have a lower completion percentage the further the ball is thrown down the field. Therefore, the big-time throw is best described as a pass with excellent ball location and timing, generally thrown further down the field and/or into a tighter window.
It’s one very impressive stat out of one million to choose from. No serious person would say he’s better than Goff at the moment. But the potential for greatness is there.
Seeing Bryce get all the flowers after the first season and first part of this season is all that.
Now list the big time catches.
And if his guys could catch the fucking ball he’d have around 30.
We need to get at least two elite O-line pieces, and give Bryce some serious playmakers, his ability to extend plays is already a very serious talent. I hope this FO does not let this go to waste like we did with Cam
Those stats pass the eye test as well.
I think we can see that Bryce isnt the most physically intimidating QB out there but if he can drop dimes and play smart I’ll be thrilled. Lots of successful QBs match that description
That QB ranking in the graphic is completely irrelevant. It has Drew Lock, Aiden O’Connell, and Tyler Huntley ranked ahead of Caleb Williams, Drake Maye, and Stroud. It also has Flacco ahead of Stroud. I don’t even know what it’s supposed to be. But it’s completely meaningless.
