2. Drury should be calling Washington every single day, asking about what it would take to get Leonard. And he should seriously consider the steep price they respond with

9. Id love either Hagens or Leonard too, but I’m just glad Gabe is a stud. He’s the best playmaker in the tournament Imo. Even the TSN commentator said he may have the best hands in the tournament.

   Drury should definitely try and get those guys, but I think Gabe will have great succes either way.

11. Also got an assist on the pivotal 3rd goal and could have easily gotten 2 more. This is the first time I’ve watched him in a full game and he was everything he was advertised as: unbelievable awareness, passing, quickness of thought, decision making. He knows exactly where to be, and his anticipation is better than anyone else on the ice. I didn’t see the weaknesses in skating that he was supposed to have. I didn’t see anyone catching him from behind and he seems to change direction and create space with his skating really well. I also didn’t see him getting physically bullied even though his size is supposedly a big concern.

12. wonder who we’ll trade him for after putting him on the 4th line, no pp and less than 12 mins a night.
