One name already mentioned to potentially replace him is Tommy Rees. We always use the TE coach position for talented young coaches like Petzing before.
Josh McCown could be an interesting one too.

We signed Dorsey in hopes it would help Watson. It did not work, so it makes sense hes gone.
Deserved in my opinion. Never loved the congruence of him and Stefanski as far as offensive philosophy goes, but I understood the hire in regards to the mindset of varying the offense to best suit Watson.
When Watson significantly regressed though, it sort of spotlighted how disjointed the whole thing was.
This man couldn’t do anything with Josh Allen. Why did this FO think he could do anything here
The people who advocated to bring him in should also be let go.
I mean, he was hired to get the most out of Watson and we saw how that turned out before the injury.
Unsurprising. He was supposed to get something out of Watson and couldn’t. (More Watson’s fault than his.) But he’s not a Kevin guy otherwise.
