That’s too bad, he was a really solid depth D man which is why I’m not shocked. The silver lining is that it clears up a little cap space which they can use every dollar of.
So what is the point of waivers? Like if a player is under contract with another organization how does moving between the NHL and AHL then open them up to being sniped like this?
