  1. There was major steps backwards this season! We handled our division pretty well last year & competed considering all the circumstances! All the teams in our division now have decorated future hall of fame coaches if AP believes he now has the answers to the test after learning from this season then give him one last shot! This off season bring back both safeties and Spillane and ad dynamic weapons to go with Brock this team should be setup that if Aiden fails next year the next guy stepping in will have loaded weapons & a solid roster😉

  2. I think everyone wanting AP fired after 1 year and no consistent QB play and a year full of injuries is suffering from the short attention span sports fan have nowadays. As a Raider fan all my life, 20+ years, of course I’d love instant results like Chargers got but that’s not realistic for everyone.
The organization has made every mistake in the book since the last championship appearance. It was never gonna be an easy or fast route, especially with the hires we made and moved off of so often. Anybody that disagrees, that’s cool too. No need to be toxic over an organization that isn’t paying anyone’s bills. We’re all just fans wanting better in our own ways.

  4. If he is the coach he needs an OC, QB coach, Oline coach, and DC. AP is a good dude but he needs to be better at coaching. The buck stops with him

  5. I dont agree with 9:51 at the beginning of the season it was popping especially against the Ravens. The last 2 months ish was very bland, predictable, and very very passive and to my knowledge no turnovers. Rather have Rob Ryan do it again

  6. AP for 2025. Overall we need players who want to be a Raider. You have to start from the bottom up. Stick together, work hard, keep fighting, and get more players to compete in areas that we really need, and resign our players that have proven themselves to keep around and build around them.

  7. No matter how bad cue ball head coach AP still has a head coaching job with the crappy 💩 Raiders Organization 😂 & no playoffs/Super Bowl win next year 0-17 owner Mark Davis/partial owner Tom Brady wants to tank games with losing 17 games for getting #1 overall draft pick with drafting QB Arch Manning

  8. Anyone can say anything that everyone wants to hear. Lets F'n see it, actions speak for itself. Lets see what decisions are made on the spot while a game is happening and see if anything has changed. Hopefully they will change for the better, what happens on field is what it is, but as far as play calling, Head coaching calls, that you can control. Biggest thing this season that said what type of coach he is when they wouldn't go for it on 4th n 1, but try to go for it 4th and 10+, deciding to go w/a qb who was obviously worthless. You don't gotta be a genius to figure that out, but for him not to have the guts to change that decision if it really did come from the top, you aren't HC material. Just like how we need a QB to take control of the offense, we haven't had one since Gannon really. One that will take charge and change a play on the field regardless of what the coach said to play. AP needs to do the same if he wants to really make a difference, we need a coach not a puppet for the upper levels of management.

  10. AP has been rockin’ Raiders gear all his tenure but this flex today with that 90s starter jacket answered all those questions about his job. He put the Raider Nation on notice that this is his turf. Let this man keep leading this team and we will be respected again for our toughness.

  11. If Pierce leaves, Graham will likely go. And after that shockwave hits, players will lose responsibility for anything but the contract. Show money and it will be only about money, no matter what hot air is said in the presser. I honestly don't know if Pierce is the guy but he reminds me a bit of DC4…. consistency, consistency, and I believe him when he says the buck stops here. I'm in for two more rounds. Let's see about AOC. Beef up the O-Line and get a walloping run game. And just cross our fingers hoping Spillane, Crosby, Koonce, Diablo, and our secondary (all under Graham) stick around long enough to get us there. Telesco… I'll wait and see but it better start soon, like yesterday.

  12. Honestly is really good sign for Mark Davis to give AP a second year let his culture settle and see where it goes. If it’s another bad year well it’s gonna be a better QB draft next year.
