De’Andre Hunter makes a MASSIVE IMPACT in his Cleveland Cavaliers debut

De’Andre Hunter is a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers & that makes Kenny Atkinson’s team so much more dangerous moving forward.

Hunter showed off a wide range of skills in his debut against the Timberwolves in a big Cavs win.

Scribbles in my notebook while listening to Cavs team president Koby Altman talk about his trade for Atlanta’s De’Andre Hunter. Heading to Atlanta in the deal are Caris LeVert, Georges Niang, three future second-round picks and other draft considerations.

1. The Cavs have their Core Four with guards Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell. They have their two big men: Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley. They often started Max Strus at small forward last season. This season, it’s been Dean Wade or Strus – depending on who is healthy. Now, there’s another option with the 6-foot-8 Hunter.

2. Altman said: “When you get to a seven-game series, against you name the team … (the Cavs want to give coach) Kenny (Atkinson) every tool in the box … give him the ability to move around the chessboard.”

  1. I like this. McNuggets can ask a question and get a response🤯. It’s an easy listen. It’s like they r prepared or actually watch games. They don’t need stats or need info to respond. I look forward to these.
