  1. More of a double win for the Astros. Got rid of the under-sized, over-rated, slump and injury prone Bregman while at the same time strapping a league competitor with him. He'll be nothing but an anchor around Boston's neck and insures they'll be no competition for the Yankees over the next few years. Enjoy his sub-200 batting average the first two months of the season Boston. And he'll be on the injury list at least a third of those three years. Boston fans will be raining boos on him by the end of May, if not sooner.

  2. Overpaid? Yup. So what. Sox have the space and already r*pe their fans (that is… we can afford to pay the luxury tax). I could write a mini-novel on why this is a good deal. The opt outs. The deferrals. The Sox farm system. Etc. It all comes together. Seems like we ridiculously overpaid. We didn’t. Great deal.

  3. Tyler O'neill is the PERFECT example of why you DO NOT try to pull everything for a home run….He hit them, but set an MLB record for lowest RBI's iin a season in the history of the game for a 30 home run hitter and hit only .195 with runners in scoring position and 2 outs…REAL mlb right handers in Boston like Manny GO WITH THE PITCH and take all of their singles and doubles to right and right center FORCING opposing pitchers to eventually have to pitch them middle in so Ramirez can get his pitch!…If Bregman tries to pull everything,,he's going to hit .194 with risp and 2 outs just like he did last year…IF you want to win games,,go with the pitch, period!

  4. 310 to left, but, look at the high wall. You will be lucky if he is batting over .230 after the first two months. Plus, he gets reunited with the mastermind of the cheating scandal. Good riddance.
