With Tre Brown leaving for the Whiners in free agency & Artie Burns unsigned, the Seahawks could use some CB depth. Shemar Jean-Charles began his career with the Packers as a 5th-round pick out of Appalachian St. 14 appearances for GB, playing 303 of 343 total snaps on special teams. After being let go in 2023, he split time with the Whiners & Saints, mostly featuring on special teams. With the Saints ravaged by injuries at CB, Jean-Charles saw significant playing time in 2024, playing 9 games & starting twice. He recorded 14 tackles, 2 passes defensed, & his 1st career INT on an incredible play against the Panthers.
