1. I hope Risto is ok.
2. This is the best thing that can happen for the team, short of Kolosov starting the remaining games. I want to pick top 5, and Risto is a roadblock to that happening.
They’re tanking. They can’t make the playoffs so they’re shutting him down early. This is good for the draft position and he should be healthy by then for trading. Win win
Not a bad deal. Let him get healthy, then trade him in the off-season. I’m sure he’s just banged up.
