My concern is Boone and I didn't think I would say that but he blew game 1 bringing in Nestor who hadn't pitched in a month and even though it was an exhibition game he didn't use Devin Williams in the 9th he used him in the 8th and used a guy Ventura who won't even be on the team. Nimmo hits a 3 run Homer and game ends in a tie. He will blow games during the season with stupid moves and I'll say it again if the Yankees win this year it will be in spite of him not because of him.

28. There is a lot of hope in this discussion. One thing that trumps hope is a bad decision. Boone is the poster boy of hope. Bringing in Cortez to face FF in game one of the World Series was the epitome of hope. Hope cannot overcome stupidity, but it can be rewarded with a 2-year extension.
