Stick taps for Nikolas Matinpalo — hell of a game he played tonight. He's been good in the lineup, with some hard lessons being learned post 4-Nations, but he was BUZZING out there on the ice and we got a great look at what he might play like for us when he's not just role filling. His chemistry with Kleven is awesome (the Detroit game was a clear shot of that too).
As a Sens fan it's been a long time since we've had 3 pairs of D that you're excited to watch play. SISU!
