  3. It's way too early to panic, but we Mets fans may be in for a tough year if this offense can't produce runs. The expectations for this team are very high.

    But, a win tomorrow and we take the series–there is your silver lining…

  4. Looking bad. One impressive game so far. The other games look like overpaid, underperforming listless players. They're better than this, but these losses count the same in September as they do now.

  5. not a mets fan but this is unacceptable the mets should have won this game the marlins will be a draft lottery team at the end of the year. you got to beat the bad teams early so it won't haunt you at the end of the season for a playoff spot.

  6. lindor, alonso, soto these guys need to get going soto has been good but he can be better. same for pete you got your money now play like you earned it.

  12. Soto is just an on base guy. He isn't Judge or ohtani. Probably 4th or 5th best hitter in baseball. He can't carry a team.

  14. Because of injuries to Manea, Blackburn, and Montas. Mets rotation is not as deep, plus Senga is still not back to being ready and pitch like he did in his rookie year.
