1. membou would be great as 7th pick. Jalen royals in the 3rd round. JRs playmaking ability is unreal. A tight end can be chosen in the later rounds.

2. I like going ORT but fields relies on a tight end a whole lot in his game going back to college and since he's been a pro. So taking away a security blanket for fields that improves his game why not drafting Warren will probably be a true lost… Cornelius from Oregon is great or take a 2nd RT… BUT Tyler Warren at 7 should be a must

RT is thin but grab someone in round 2-3. We can’t have an oline that consists of all first rounders. You have to find starter talent in the middle of the draft. Every other team can do it. 13. Going right tackle will out us in the position to have 4 out of 5 of our starting lineman being drafted by the organization. How many elite tight ends were drafted in the first round . I think we want Warren as a fanbase because we passed on bowers but I don’t believe bowers would’ve had the same numbers if we were to draft him . The smart thing to do is let a young o line gel for the years to come . It’s been a while since we’ve had solid production from the whole o line. We’ve only had a few bright spots in the past few years

14. Not sure your thought of the future. You make it sound like membou is the only RT in the draft, is he that much better than anyone else oit there? And keep in mind membou might not work out.

    Is it really that there are only a handful of good RTs and so many teams who in round 1 and 2 are dying for a rt and by 42 it will be all scrubs? That sounds like Jets operating out of fear which is SOJ.

    The Jets treat TE as an afterthought , they have had garbage at te for maby years. We have had the likes of conklin and ruckert et al , who cant block, are pass only, and suck at that. Warren is different, there isnt another te in the draft that i can see that can block and pass and do the other things warren can. There are some other great pass catchers but they cant block, then tes that block rhat cant catch.

    It is time for the jets to have a modern offense with a dynamic TE.

16. NO tight end at #7. You must pick a player at a premium position that high in the draft. They pass on a generational TE last year and now going to choose one this year? No way.

17. I look at it as who will give Fields the best option to be successful. Given Warren's ability to excel in so many different areas, for me he's the guy. Membu is a very good tackle…Warren is an elite TE.

18. JF7 negates the need for a decent RT in the top 10. Warren has HOF traits. No brainer. Now you'd actually have a passing game.

By the way, in the "Secret Language of Ian" Department, does the football on the bed all the time mean that you throw it around a lot? That reminds me of the many years during which I didn't go a day without throwing either a hardball, a softball, a football, or a basketball (sometimes an ABA ball, which I bought for like two bucks at the Island Garden on Long Island when the Nets played there — in the early years, they'd let you shoot on the court after the games!)

20. That's the way to go. If you want JF to succeed, we must start by going after Membou if he's still available. We all want the sexy pics, but danged what good is that going to do if we can't protect him?

21. Id rather take who i believe can be an elite TE over the guy who i think can be a solid above average RT. Id like Membou, but Warren to me is just going to be so good. Top 5 TE eventually. And i think there are RT just as good later in the draft. Like id be running to the board if Ersery was available at 42. Id trade up a few spots for him. I think hes a first round RT talent you can get day 2 potentially.

    Again id love Membo. Just my personal take, Warren is the best TE in this draft and has a high floor where i think at worst he'll be a top 10 TE. Just my opinion. Take the safe low risk high reward pick. Take OT Round 2 or 3. Starters will be there in that round imo.

22. When Douglas walked in the oline was completely depleted. mougey and this regime is in much better hands. Go with Warren, we need weapons for fields or whatever young future qb plus he helps with blocking (even though I hate Lazard drops this is a reason I think we should keep him). I say we go guard 2nd round make avt play tackle

24. Just bc he’s an oline men Dosnt mean he’s a slam dunk pencil him in for 2026. He’s just as much chance of failing as any other position. For example look at iggy from the panthers, he was a late riser like membou a lot wanted us to take him over sauce. Look how that turned out. Other examples Becton and the last couple linemen the giants drafted

Since the age of seven i have followed this team and can sincerely say that i witnessed their only SB victory, but what annoys me most is how easy it is to throw out names and watch as the fanatics jump all over them.like Pavlov's dog. If it was up to them Garrett Wilson would not be a Jet because i do remember they and all the so-called experts thought it was a bad idea and i have proof to show. I will say once more: you could get a probowler at right tackle, but tell me geniuses, when top notch defensive coordinators pack the box and double Garrett Wilson, who do you think is gonna scare them, Alan Lazard or the third option receiver they just signed. Plus i hot news for all the other fanatics lusting for the Penn State TE, can any of you tell me how many first round picks thus team has used on TE'S and how it turned out. This is becoming another Zach Wilson replay, but i do hope Aaron Glenn and the GM take McMillan to scare the daylights out of opposing defensive coordinators which will open the running lanes for Fields, Hall and the rest of the RB'S. A.good OT and DT can be had in rounds 2 and 3. You people need to pay attention, they have Ruckert and they signed that TE from the Chargers, that should tell.you something, they're not drafting a TE and carry three to four for the regular season!!!
