Mets baseball–it's always exciting. The boys seemingly never make it easy on my nerves, but props to Mendoza for leaving Winker in the game, and Siri getting on base in the bottom of the ninth to set the stage for Lindor.

I just thought about this, but maybe we Mets fans should send some thanks John Schneider's way for pulling Chris Bassitt after 6 and 2/3 innings, when he was just stymieing our lineup tonight…. 🙂
When I saw Jose Siri behind Nimmo catching that fly ball it made me wonder if we have our outfield positioned to maximize our player's abilities. Clearly left field and center field have more range and we should be shading more towards the right to give Soto a little more help. Siri was shaded too far left if he could catch a ball Nimmo could.
They never make it easy on my blood pressure but good win nonetheless

It was cold but definitely fun . Thank you Citi field for making it a great experience! Also shout out to winker for coming in clutch , I was worried he was metiorce but when the stars struck out he came in clutch with those triples . Also shout out to the guy who ran onto the field .
