Travis Hunter moves ahead of Abdul Carter in betting odds to be No. 2 overall pick.

  1. I’ll easily take that bet. No way we pick Hunter at 2.

Ward and Carter will be 1 and 2 in any order.

  2. Hunter -130

    Carter +100

    Sanders +750

Ward is -5000 to go 1OA

Hunter the slight favorite but the betting markets sure don’t think we’re going QB at 2

  3. Travis Hunter is the best player in the draft. I think Sanders was more likely over Carter given that QB is a greater need for the Browns but with Haslam’s comments recently it seems like AB and KS have a long leash and don’t need to force a QB this year.

I also believe the DE class is deeper this year and next year than receiver. The two best receivers, Jeremiah smith and Ryan Williams still aren’t draft eligible. It makes sense to go with Hunter. Best player and greater need for the team.

  4. Big trend this last week or so shifting Hunter to 2 while Carter drops out of 2 and Shedeur plummets in odds. Feels like people know.

I’m excited. I’ve been QB (almost) no matter what this whole offseason but having a guy like Hunter will be tons of fun.

  5. The Titans cannot trade past #2 overall and be sure about anything.

The Browns smoke machine has filled the draft room.

    There’s more to come.

Look for one last story about how special Browns Person X thinks Shadeur is.

Look for a story about Abdul’s injuries with comps to injuries of other guys who panned out and a note about how the Browns are eerily quiet about Carter because they’re interested.

  6. Hunter is going to look great catching passes from picket! Have a generational talent in Carter, but the Browns will be the Browns and probably pick Travis, and our cycle repeats.

  7. Good half this sub is on crack thinking sanders is gonna be any improvement he’s a crybaby who can’t lead a team without throwing them under the bus constantly

  8. WTF are they going to do with Travis Hunter if no one can get him the ball? And if he primarily plays CB (which he probably won’t cuz the money is where the WR position is at) then how does that help the offense which is a mess?

  9. Are we going to land BOTH Hunter and Sanders? This just feels like somethings brewing.

  10. We finally have a 1st round pick again and we’re heading towards a consensus pick. This is an unusual feeling…I like it.
