  15. Great job Phillies! Nice to see Casty making contact and…oh yeah…a grand slam! Also great to see Marchan moved up to the backup position behind JT instead of the useless schmuck (Stubbs) they had the last couple of years. (Thank gawd they sent him and his stupid overalls to triple-A where he belongs.) But can someone tell me why Kerkering is still in the majors? Does anyone doubt that he is gonna give up runs when he comes in? He is a minor league pitcher. That is where he should be.

  26. Typical Phillies game, the starter gives up home runs, offense gives them a lead, relief pitchers give up the lead, offense gets the lead back, then the closer gives the opposing team a chance and finally closes the door on them to end the game.

  31. SOSA!! I like it. Can you believe people wanted Casty to leave a year ago? Actually glad this core team has stayed together, maybe with the exception of Bohm and Turner but it is what it is

  37. Can’t have a game where we get walked ELEVEN TIMES & only win by ONE. That’s not a good sign for this team. A lot of issues getting the bats going & with the guys we have especially at the top of this lineup, we can’t have that consistently be a thing any time we play against quality pitching teams.

    With that being said we have to do something about our rotation. It seems to be getting weaker & a lot less deep every game we’ve played & not getting a lot of utility out of the pen. Ultimately, way to pull it out, these are the games where if we can consistently get W’s in, we’ll be positioned deep in October. #Fightins
