  1. One way to ace this draft, trade back from 12, pick up extra 2nd or 3rd round pick. Then draft your RB, WR, DT, and OG in the first three rounds. That's the best move for this draft. Doesn't have to be in the above order.

  2. Here's one potential trade, trade 12th and possibly 6th or 7th round pick to Denver for the 20th pick and 51st pick. That's one possibility and there are others. Trade 12th and 7th round for 15th and a 3rd round pick, I believe that's Atlanta at 15. But there are several options to trade back and receive a 3rd round pick. Then you could get your 4 biggest needs in top 3 rounds. RB, WR DT OG. Then have both your 5th round and 6th round picks to add more to defense. To me, getting an extra pick in 2nd or 3rd round is worth trading back if they can pull it off. JS.

  3. For what it's worth, Johnson wanted to trade Michael Irvin to the Raiders in 1989, but al Davis talked some sense into him. A year later, after trading away the overall #1 for Steve Walsh, Dallas was sitting at #17 with Emmit Smith still on the board as Jimmy smoked the phones trying to trade down to the twelfth pick to snag D.B. James Francis. How man rings would the Cowboys have had with #88 a Raider and #22 falling to the Packers, who were at #18? The reason Jimmy's tenure was so underwhelming with the Dolphins was because he didn't inherit a Michael Irvin and no one was around to drop an Emmit Smith into his lap. Put another way, he never again had the luck he had between 1989 and 1992.
