The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 8-4 on Monday, April 7, 2025, at PNC Park. Joey Bart kicked off the scoring with a home run. Additional RBI came from Andrew McCutchen (2), Isiah Kiner-Falefa (2), Ke’Bryan Hayes, and Oneil Cruz. Carmen Mlodzinski picked up the win and Thomas Harrington earned the save, the first of his MLB career.
