1. leafs need tampa game more than this one so wonder if they played to loose but we will wont 'now till tomorow and if they make tampa look bad then kudos to berube and get 1st and possibly play montreal or ottawa first round by saving them for the tampa game so lets see how this plays out

15. Panthers are a pack. Bourne is right. On any other team, a guy like Mackie Samoskevich likely wouldn't be as aggressive, especially after the whistle. Panthers culture makes them that way. Same identity the Bruins had. Leafs haven't had this since …. ever. GLG

16. Every one is talking about how the Panthers are trying to tank to drop into the 1st wildcard spot. What if the Leafs win against the Lightning tomorrow night and they are purposely losing to Florida so they can stay in the 2nd/3rd position.

19. @5:19 I thought that was complete BS that a rookie has that much leash from the officials to skate towards a guy after the whistle and just clock him. Yeah, he didn't like skating into Laughton's elbow but I guarantee you no other rookie on any other team gets away with that.

20. Relax everyone yeah it’s a bad match up , but honestly if Reilly doesn’t give that goal away it’s 1-1 going into overtime . Also , woll was great but Stolarz saves that first goal.

23. Tomorrow is 100% most important game . Leafs need to start resting there core 4 like Florida and other teams in playoffs are . Vegas is doing it with eichel tonight .

27. marner is in trouble again in the post season. death taxes and marner looking terrified in these playoff type games. in fact all our stars are allergic to this stuff, gonna be a long off season haha. also…tavares is the worst great faceoff guy in the league in big offense zone situations lol

28. Auston Matthews is hopeless this year. I wouldn't pay him 1,350. He cant score and he takes up too much of the scoring time for the Leafs. That is some kinda bad year if he is not hurt. Personally, I think he is another head case.

29. Berube stated the way you play Florida is to have patience . That strategy is for teams that are lower skill level. The leafs should dictate game play not the either. Unless you want to argue that the Leafs are not a highly skilled team. I said this in playoffs. Your not going to beat Florida at there own game. Matthews, Nylander , Tavares, Marner need to play with the freedom to have the ability to use there hockey sense. Defense first is the wrong mindset. Leafs are not utilizing there talent man and playing right into Florida. ….I would like to see Marner play with Mcmann…Fastest skater on Team. It will open things up more for him.
