4. Thank Brad the players bought in. Everyone(media) was hoping he failed with his opening presser, then this speech, (amazing) it could have been SOL, but damn this is a Leader of Men, no doubt about it.
   The shaking of the dirty pants is another amazing moment, really showing all the BS the franchise has gone through, and whats needed to get past it.

5. Talk about knee caps and all that. But nothing gets me more excited than simply hearing the “What are we?” At the top of this video. So simple, and I assume most people just ignore it. But clear tone setting and team building here. Just sets the table for the whole attitude of the team.
