I love the enthusiasm….but it has only been 2 starts!!!!! Let's hope it continues and he has a long career with the Jays.
Way too early…but its LEGENDARY!!!!!!
The Jays have too high of a payroll for the team that they put on the field. Lucas shows you don't need to over spend to get good players. They have to dump Davis Schneider, really has no value offence or defence.
Up to 2nd in the MLB in team WAR now behind CHI, who has 2 more games.
Slow and steadily on pace to break the franchise WAR record.
Only 2 starts, but way more confident in Lucas starting over Rodriguez.
Hopefully TBJ manage him and expectations well.

You get too excited about Lucas he only has two starts.A career is not made with two games.Lets wait a while before anoiting him Cy Young.He does look very impressive I also am impressed with Flannerly but we won't know how good they can be just look at several players who start out red hot Davis Schidner.I could see Lucas moved to bullpen when Scherzer returns.
Davis Schneider will probably be the odd man out when Varsho is ready to go
Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. Two great starts, but hoping his consistency lasts. Would be a great story if he becomes the revelation of 2025.

Before the Cy Young nominations start being collected lets remember the Jay's are not great at keeping young pitchers healthy. Pearson, Teideman, and Manoah. It's promising but let's not get ahead of ourselves.
