  2. I’ve mentioned this a lot, but the theme for this year is that we’re unstoppable when everyone’s healthy and in their proper place, and absolutely atrocious whenever one guy is out of the lineup. The lines are in sync and well-balanced, but losing any one element seems to throw everything out of whack. And the bandwagon fans have felt the same! One bad goal or one blowout loss and all the newbies wail and rend their garments. Been a really weird season.

  3. I saw a graphic the other day that said we were 3rd in the east if you only count the games after Laine joined us.

  4. I certainly didn’t have “on the brink of clinching a playoff spot” on my bingo card for this season, buy holy hell am I vibrating at the prospect of seeing Habs playoff hockey this quickly into the rebuild.

  5. I remember trying to get myself hyped for Porter Martone. Fast forward and Hutson is on his way to the Calder, Demidov is on his way and weโ€™re about to get in the playoffs. Amazing.

  6. Nice!!
