Preller, sign this man and nieblas son while you’re at it
Damn Cathedral? It’s a small world
Anyone know if this kid was born in Japan, or if he’d be involved with international drafts? Or would he go right into regular draft? Basically what I’m asking is… can Padres call dibs on him? Haha. (PS, I too would like to have Yu Darvish give me nutrition tips).
That slider he threw is plus plus for a high schooler. Disgusting.
“Yutrition”
I’ve seen enough. 10 year contract
I met him while doing an East Village cleanup day with the Padres volunteer team last year. He was a nice, respectful kid, just out there picking up trash on the streets.
One of the things i love the most about this kid and his story. Im pretty sure hes actually Yu’s step son, but the way he treats him like his own makes me admire the Darvish family just that much more. All said, im calling late round draft pick out of high school, beyond rd 10 unless he becomes truly elite. And he may say no and choose to go to college instead.
