1. On the PFF simulator if a team isnt interested you have to force the trade to make it happen

2. Guys – the only trades allowed in the first round are the ones offered by the system. That’s how it works. Been that way all offseason. After the first round, you can offer trades and they’ll be accepted depending on value.

   And for the love of heaven – the next time you mock – trade next year’s 3 round when you trade down! You can get a 2nd round pick and we’ll get that pick back in a comp pick

   Second, guys we so badly need a better mock setup lol.
   #1, get it off the dang laptop screen. Get another monitor attached to an arm or something.
   #2, When you are after a trade scenario, either reroll the draft or force trades in mocks when needed and use the draft trade chart.
   #3, Utilizes pick swaps in trades more (like Thor often does). You want another 3rd and the team says no? offer them your 5th, if that is a no, add your 4th and ask for another late pick from them back in return.

12. WHO THE HELL IS SHEDEER SANDERS! I just listened to Thor say Shedeur's (SHA-DO-ER) name wrong about 25 times! Its like Thor picks out a couple guys every year to purposely butcher their name. Remember Will LEEvis?? Its crazy, you guys just sit there and let it happen over and over. wow!!!!

13. The first 10 minutes was the dumbest segment I have heard on this podcast. We have McCarthy, why would it matter where he would be drafted now?? Then, we get Judd wanting a pro team to pay colleges to run a certain offense and then gain nothing when they are taken by another team. Seriously dumb.

16. teams not wanting to trade up is a very real possibility, most of the guys in the 20-32 range are relatively the same and teams aren't going to want to give up capital for a type of player they'd be able to get just sticking and picking themselves

18. I've been looking at Walker's tape and he really needs development. He stands straight up on every snap and for a guy his size that is not good at the NFL Level. I really do not see what anyone sees in him besides his enormous size. He needs to get that pad level down. At the Senior bowl he was an easy block for the sub par centers and guards in this year's class. NFL linemen will destroy any effectiveness you hope to find with him. Developmental prospect at best. I wouldn't spend anything more than a late 5th rounder on him. I am curious what Thor's assessment of Dont'e Thornton is (a WR in this years class). He has the size and speed profile with decent college production that is enticing. The Vikings need another WR Archetype that complements Jettas and Addison. I think Thornton could be that guy. I like taking Banks (BPA) in the first in this scenario too.

19. The reason you have only one extra pick is that you neglect to trade the future picks for a small tick-up in the trade meter. Start trading those future picks!

22. One of my hopes for this year's draft is that Kwesi doesn't drain the Vikings '26 draft picks the same way he drained the '25 collection last year. I don't think it will be hard for him to recoup some draft capital be trading back in round one, so I'm hoping that happens. Would love to see the Vikings pick up a second round pick on that proposed trade with Buffalo, especially if they can land Zabel. That said, Buffalo would have to be desperate to move up to make that trade.
