    With that said, OF COURSE every QB in the draft want to go to a team with a track record for developing QBs (not Cleveland), with a winning culture (not Cleveland). They failed w/Mayfield who went on to a better team, they failed w/Deshaun, who they recklessly and drunkenly threw a quarter billion dollars at which was STILL not enough to make him competent. So he's correct…the Browns, Giants, Jets? Terrible teams at drafting QBs.

But if you check, Howard is #4 in the country in delivering under pressure. He’s 57% amongst QB’s who’s thrown at least 50 under pressure passes. In terms of “seeing the tape” he has 5 whole games of tape at the arc of Howard’s development. Not just moments like the other prospects.
