  1. The Detroit Red Wings are officially a dumpster fire and the most embarassing professional sports team in Michigan.

    For decades, when the Lions sucked (1992-2022) and Pistons sucked (2009-2024) and Tigers sucked (2016-2023) at least the Red Wings were there for the City of Detroit to rally around. No longer. The Wings have not made the playoffs since 2016, meanwhile all three of the other teams hosted a playoff game (or will) this year.

    Yzerman as a player put Detroit on the map. As a GM he has done more harm than good and arguably erased every ounce of goodwill he ever earned in this city as a player.

    The Red Wings are a sad, pathetic sack of shit franchise who have now choked away comfortable playoff lead away every year for the last 4 years straight. On Feb 25th, the Wings beat Minnesota to secure a 6-pount cushion for the WC slot. Since then I don’t even think they have won 6 games.

    Fuck this team; they are a scourge on the name of the Red Wings of decades past and an embarassment to the state of Michigan. Fire Yzerman.

  11. Another solid game! Erod got his goal, get him his maintenance day. Megna has fit in like a glove. Just gotta make sure everyone is rested and healthy for the playoffs 😼

    Also Erod and Barky shooting rats at Marchand at the of the game is hilarious.
