[Schultz] Sources: Syracuse QB Kyle McCord is visiting the #Steelers today and the #Giants tomorrow. McCord, who led the nation in passing last season, has acquitted himself well throughout the draft process with a series of good interviews and impressive on-the-board work.

> Several teams I’ve spoken with say he’s one of the more undervalued players in the entire draft — highlighting his prototypical NFL size, winning pedigree (see 21-point comeback vs Miami) and capacity to read coverage.
Whichever rookie we take will definitely get a chance to play
Would like McCord at #65. Doubt he goes much later than that regardless of current mocks.
This is my guy and I’m sticking to it until he’s in the CFL in 2 years
I like McCord. Usually guys with OK measurables tend to play safe but this kid doesnt. He wants to win games, not manage them.
Is that good? Yes. Can it be bad? Also yes.
I still think he could have a long career and even have a few seasons as a low end starter

Been training with Phil Simms
I haven’t done a more comprehensive review of his tape (and from what I gathered he balled out at Syracuse), but I remember seeing him at OSU play Penn State live and this guy couldn’t hit MHJ in stride all game and left tons of YAC on the field (and MHJ had like 8 catches for 150 yards). Left that game extremely frustrated.

My ideal draft is:
R1: Hunter
R2: Best IOL available
R3: McCord
Welcome back, Ryan Nassib
Will be a good backup in the NFL. Maybe even bridge starter. Would not waste a draft pick on him tho
Bro left ohio state and they instantly won a natty – im good but thanks!
