Raiders standout pass rusher Maxx Crosby is being named the Assistant General Manager for Football at Eastern Michigan University. Crosby becomes the first active NFL player to hold the position. He now will help Eastern Michigan evaluate high school and portal prospects, manage its NIL budget, and also serve as Special Assistant to the AD on fundraising, alumni relations and student-athlete support. https://www.espn.com/contributor/adam-schefter/8d3e121b24e6d?modifier=webview http://espn.com/app

Hopefully he’s better at identifying player talent than coaching talent!
My heart rate reading the first part of the notification:
Last 3 words: ….
I don’t doubt Maxx’s ability to always excel in whatever he puts his mind to. Just seems like an unnecessary distraction while trying to maintain his high level of training for the Raiders.
Seems like he’s just distracting himself with all of these side quests. Who knows, maybe he watches film 12 hours a day because he has an addictive personality.
Dawg we just upgraded your pay from a zillion to a gajillion dollars, and you’re gonna go moonlighting on us?
Seems like something you should do after you retire from playing.
Maxx brings it literally every single snap, he’s our best player the last thing I’m worried about is his commitment to the team. No one should be concerned about this he’s an absolute dog he can shake high schoolers hands and be a recruiter in his free time.
This is kinda weird, but whatever. Good for him.
Antonio Pierce, get ready to learn Eastern Michiganese, buddy.
