  1. Dear God no.

I don’t care if he is the best contested catch outside WR in the draft.

If you drop balls at a below average rate in college, that should mean 2nd round pick at best.

  2. I don’t think he will be available at 22, and if he is I would be concerned that so many teams decided to pass on him. I think grabbing Zabel or Booker if they are there at 22 would be my favorite outcome at this point. There are probably better pass catching options at 55, so I would hope for o line or d line in the first.

  3. I honestly think McMillan dropping to us would be a blessing. He has been over scrutinized. He complements Ladd well.

  4. The WR room desperately needs speed and a WR who can consistently create separation on the outside, and he is neither of those things.

    Hard pass.

  5. Would be another Derwin James situation if he fell to us. If you’re down on him, you have unfortunately not paid enough attention or are freaking out because he “doesn’t love football”

He’s been the best WR in his class every year with mediocre QB play. We haven’t had a true X like him since Vincent Jackson.

  6. I know he’s fallin down draft boards apparently but I trust our receiver coach to coach him up well. Sanjay Lal helped develop DK for example and we’ve seen Q make some slight progress and we don’t even gotta talk about Ladd.

  7. Gotta pull the trigger on him if he’s at 22. Barring a miracle, he’d more than likely be the best player on the board if this played out.

  8. Honestly at this point I don’t care. I’ll trust in whatever Harbaugh and Hortiz decide and accept any player with open arms into our organization. Trust the process.

  9. What’s the big deal about visits? Shouldn’t people visit? You never know what will happen on draft day. It’s portrayed like there’s something telling about this….it means nothing.
