  3. Id like to see us have as many picks as possible to take defensive guys.
    I understand moving up and trying for an elite guy, butbwe dont have a good record of finding that guy.bwe have a strong record of defensive busts.
    So if youre shooting 50% on finding good poayers, id rather draft 7, and get 3 good ones than draft 3 and hopefully get one good player.

    It just makes sense for us to get as many guys as we can and hope a few of them are sleeper picks.

  5. Maybe it’s just me….but I don’t think having Kirk on the roster messes with Penix in the least bit. If he was fragile sure, his career proves he’ll be fine mentally lol. Doesn’t need Kirk to mentor him if we are being honest, he can kick up all the dust he wants. The deal went bad at the signing. I just don’t really care what the perception or media says. If we win games, no one cares, if we don’t, they’re all fired anyway.
