  2. Rocco is a joke. But I agree I don't see what a new manager could do but something has to be done. Part of a managers job is to lead the team. He has failed at that. In truth, if they don't get better soon they need to blow it up and start over. This team was poorly constructed. Let's salary dump and start it over.

  9. Gotta move correa at the deadline . Zero reason to be paying a guy 30+ million with how bad they are . Should blow it up although twins probably arent to that point yet but by the deadline when they are still bad i expect them accept reality & clean house

  10. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that two of the best hitters to start the season are the two guys that weren’t here for the 2024 collapse. Something happened during that collapse that led to EVERYBODY in the lineup just absolutely giving up. No one in that clubhouse but Bader and France seem to be playing with any sense of care and urgency whatsoever. Something is broken within the Twins organization and I honestly don’t know what can be done to fix it.

  14. I was always a fan of Jorge alcala. Always though man if he could just stay healthy he could be a threat and a weapon from the pen. But can we just end the experiment.
    It’s now to a point that when he comes in the game, I turn the game off I just know it’s going to be a disaster.

    Has all the tools just can’t hit consistently. And it’s looking bad time to send him back down

  15. Why do people keep saying we have the most talented roster in the AL? Do people just not watch the tigers so they don’t know who the players are? They have the best pitcher in baseball. They have jack flahery who would be our best pitcher probably. They have Riley Greene who’s all star caliber young guy. Spencer torkelson first overall pick who looks like he might’ve figured something out. Kerry carpenter is probably the most underrated player in the league he’s a stud and has been for a couple years now. They have Gleyber Torres now. They have a solid bullpen. They get producion from guys like Dillon dingler. I’m in no way trying to make excuses for this team being so bad. I just don’t get why twins fan are so set on the idea that we have the best roster. Cuz we have Royce Lewis and Buxton and Correa? Only 1 of those guys has over gone over 60 RBIs in a single season in their career. We have 3 solid starters but none of them are ace material. And our bullpen continues to be overrated because we have a guy that throws hard as well as griffin Jax. Makes no sense to me.

  19. Remove Falvey from boss of operations. Hire a baseball smart Andy MacPhail & Drew to run the show. Clean house like SF, IMO the players aren't the biggest problem

  21. This Carlos Correa buxton and Royce Lewis era is over. The ship has sailed. It’s time to clear house and move on to the next era. Not saying Royce needs to for sure go, but the version of this team relying on those 3 guys to carry your team needs to be done. This team needs a youth movement and an overhaul of the coaching staff. Correa needs to go. The team culture is bad and it’s more than just one guy.

  23. how is it the most talented roster? their big additions in the offseason were underperforming cast offs from other clubs. they have bench players playing as starters.

  27. I disagree with the lard ass in the middle….it is ALL manager. The team has checked out. They are collecting a paycheck. Fuck 'em. Fire them. Eat the $$$, bring in young hungry BALLPLAYERS! chew tobacco, cuss, start fights….get some fucking fire in your gut!!!

  29. Whenever this team is sells, I hope they clean house and move on from Byron, Carlos, Pablo, and Royce to reset the team's identity. Our best players are either unreliable or injured every year, and we're left hoping they'll become some idealized version that only exists in our heads.

    Rocco for years has pulled starters 2 innings before he should, shows zero aggressiveness on the base paths (data shows this), and the early and late season collapses have become a feature and not a bug.

    I don't like to see coaches fired for bad streaks. I like to see coaches fired for bad coaching.

  38. When all is said and done I think the only way to save this team from going through another black hole decade like most of the 90's were is an ownership change. More drastic measures are needed too but none of it will happen with the same disinterested family running the team.
