End of an era
We love Matty Marts here. Kind of odd he didn’t get more games in this season, given how dogshit the team was, especially after the deadline.
Isles legend. This man will be greatly missed but I have a feeling he’ll get a job in the org and be around a long time.
Man I’m gonna miss Matty. Hope he puts on a show tonight for all the fans
Love Martin but he shouldn’t have even been on the roster this year.

Martin will always be one of my favorite Islander.
End of an era as “The best fourth line in hockey” winds down. In their prime that line was electric. Always a line where their sub was greater than the parts. Wish he got to 1000 games.
Guy has 2 beautiful daughters and is going to have twin boys in the next few weeks. I hope he gets to enjoy every second of that family time. He and Syd have given so much to this team and this fanbase. They will always be Islanders legends
This is going to be an unpopular take but if the team is rebuilding next season, bring him back on a vet min and get him to 1,000 games.
