I meannnnnn I wouldnt say “finally” lol. This is the NHLPA player poll, which has ranked Vasy, Hedman, and Kuch highly for years. The players know how good they are
They’re gassing them up so they get flustered for the playoffs
1. Igor being that much higher over ‘Buck is kinda surprising. No doubts about Vasy.. 2. I am biased so I will take it but Kuch 48 to McDavid’s 20% of the votes ? That sounds fishy honestly.
If this is based on this season alone, McDavid getting 20% is a joke. Mackinnon is also snubbed here. If it’s just in general, I can live with this list.

Why wouldn’t more of the players have voted for Hellebucyk?
Vasilevskiy *is* the best overall goalie. I agree. (…but wasn’t asked.) I am surprised though that Hellebucyk only received 15-16%.
Player opinions > national media opinions

I’m new to hockey but I thought the Leafs goalie was pretty good. Stolarz.
