Surprised a move hasn’t been made before off-season workouts begin on the 21st
I would rather keep Ja then trade him for a day 3 pick
I wonder if we could take on a big chunk of his salary for like a 3rd or 4th. Seems like an ok move considering we’re in a pretty good cap situation. Anything later than a 4th and I’d rather just keep him and hope he is able to play for the whole season.
I’m just going to assume it’s the Vikings.
This and the Ramsey news hitting the same day is interesting. Not implying it’s a swap or anything, just that there must be a shared team(s) calling on both those guys.
Jaire is upset because the Packers FO have made comments in the past that he needs to stay healthy.
Jaire knows he needs to stay healthy. The Packers FO knows he’s worth way more than a 4/5/6th round pick when he’s healthy.
So it’s a bit of a standstill right now. I think both sides can mend the issues for at least one year.
I don’t understand the people on here saying we shouldn’t trade Jaire. Ja has said he has nothing good to say about the situation, the FO has publicly said they don’t want him by saying their trading him, this bridge can’t be mended. I’d rather get a day 3 pick out of him than to cut him or just keep him with contempt against us.
