  1. Loved the Lew Ford, ironed his shirt while it was on him got hurt. There was a pitcher Reed? He injured his finger zipping up his suitcase. Crazy things to happen with the Twins. I agree Gasper needs AAA time.

  2. The Guardians and Royals are worse than last year. They did nothing in the off season and the Twins can arguably catch them but the Tigers? They’ve already played the Dodgers and Yankees and held their own. The Tigers are a playoff team and should easily win the division.

  3. I'm all for leaning all in on baserunning & defense with Buxton, Bader & Keirsey but INF Julien & France need to move off 2B & 1B. But that's where the Twins need to go.

  4. I think this may be the brightest point this year for the Twins. 2 series wins against the Mets and White Sox. It’s still possible they can be competitive, and at this point they look better than the White Sox.

  5. All these negative comments are so miserable. Why not have a bit of hope? We’re 10% of the way into the season in a terrible division! Who knows what can happen

  6. So we won without correa……so, can we cut him now? And our injuries are pathetic. Most teams gwt bumps and bruises…we need life support. Miranda needs his labia removed.

  7. Yesterday wasn’t it Bader who couldn’t pick up the ball two times in left field?? It is a big shame that the money Correa gets to play ball is so injury riddled with a small batting average! Kersey would be worth a segment of playing piranha ball just biting off singles and stealing bases can unravel starting pitchers to win ball games just ask Ozzie Neusome who use to coach and cuss at the Twins!

  8. Bill Buxtons seven-year, $100 million deal that includes a no-trade clause and a unique incentive structure. The contract guarantees Buxton $100 million over seven years, with additional potential earnings through MVP bonuses and plate appearance incentives.

We have to wait till 2028 to unload this guy. That's what the twins need to plan for. 2028 (edit) 2029

    We're in the Buxton era.

Carlos Correa's contract with the Minnesota Twins is for six years, guaranteed through the 2028 season. The contract also includes four vesting options for additional years, potentially extending it through 2032.

Twins in 2029 will be exciting.

  9. No movement for me. Nothing. Come on just two wins won't do it. For whatever reason the Mets seemed disinterested in competing in the season. We blast the umps all the time but an obviously missed call at first base gave the Twins a run. Now if we take 2 of 3 from the Braves and then the White Sox we may have something to build on. But too many holes on this team.
