  1. We need to limit attendance to 25,000. We don’t win if the game is highly attended.

  2. Letting a guy with a 4+ ERA go 8 innings allowing just 1 run (while only getting 1 K) is pretty damn bad. You’d think by the 6th inning someone would have the bright idea to stop swinging at the 1st or 2nd pitch. Pathetically low IQ at bats all night. At least it was quick.

  3. I wasn’t paying the closest attention, but this felt like a very boring loss. Severino Cy FFS

    1:59 game time lol

  4. Put Luis Severino on the long list of “get well” games against the Milwaukee Brewers. Although it’s hard to win a game in the California Penal League when you muster 3 hits total.

  5. It’s one loss but getting 2 hits against Luis Severino is a sign of a much bigger issue that’s going to continue to factor into games

  6. Boring ass game where we got worked by a pitcher with a 4+ ERA.

At some point the message needs to be, “hey, this guy is cruising, take a few pitches in your at bat”

  7. Not Payamps fault for the loss but I mean it’s time at this point. Please for the love of god bring up Yoho already and DFA Payamps.

  8. I appreciate the guys swinging and putting the ball in play. When did we start to cheer taking strikes instead of swinging at them? Let the boys swing and see what happens. Hits > walks. This was a loss, but it wasn’t a bad loss. Hard hit balls were there, they just were at people. Let’s win this series tomorrow.
