  1. That tree is foul. The trees on the right are fair. That camera angle is looking THROUGH the foul line from the first base side.

  2. This is disgraceful. What a fucking joke these umpires are in MLB. How do you miss that? Umpiring is at an all time low when you can't make obvious calls like that.

  3. Just like they reversed the no-hit call 2 innings later yesterday this should be reversed too. So we won 5-0 and Judge has 8 HR on the year….bums!!!!

  4. These umps suck so disgracefully. They're absolute dog s*** and yeah, they're union, it protects them. You should lose your pay for the day for a mistake like that

  5. It is time for major-league baseball to wake up and realize that we are living in a new world when it comes to making calls on the field. Cameras can do a far far better job than umpires do. And all you need is a guy sitting in a booth watching the hundreds of cameras who can make the call much better than some umpire who needs glasses.
Come on major league baseball get with the program ! That was a home run and you know it and I know it and everyone else knows it and the camera knows it but the umpire’s don’t so get rid of the umpire’s because they don’t know what the hell they’re doing anymore.

  6. No excuse for missing that hr call, then to review it and still say foul is ridiculous. I hate the NYY but cmon, these imps are awful.

  7. That camera angle on the replay was practically right down the line, so in no world is that ball close to being foul, it’s clearly fair .

  8. That angle is from above the first based dog out. You need an angle from down the line to determine whether it was fair or foul, which we don't have, so you can't tell.

  9. This is at the Yankees’ minor league stadium so I have a suspicion they’re installing new cameras down the foul lines this morning 😂
