2. No Thompson, no Protas. Even if they come back soon they definitely won’t be 100% or they would be playing game 1. Habs need to steal one in Washington, the door is open.

Man, I had a dream that I was in a cafe and some guy with a backpack walked in and stood near the entrance, right by ny table, and then, Xhekaj came in, wearing like a 7XL habs black and blue jersey (it was fitting like a cloak, just massive) and his cowboy hat. Then, Xhekaj let out a massive scream and tore open the other guy’s backpack and playoff tickets fell out, and then some announcer voice kicked in and was like “everyone, tout le monde, playoff tickets, billets de séries, à qui la chance?”, and I scooped a pair.

23. Expecting big games from Anderson and Slaf. Both big bodies that we need to finish checks on every shift, wear down the Caps defence.

    I think the Caps have way more guys that can do this than us (Wilson, Dubois, Leonard, even Ovi), hence puck retrieval and good transitions out of the zone will be clutch.
