My work has season tickets – pretty good seats, every department gets offered them on a rotating basis and I’ll always take them. Why would you turn down free tickets you know? But we just got offered them today and everyone including myself said “I’ll pass”. You know it’s bad when you can’t give even give away good seats.

I go to 10-15 games a year usually. I haven’t had a single thought about going out of my way to watch a game this summer

I went to a game on 4/20/1983 at the Metrodome that had only 3,074. I think it was about the time Griffith sold to Pohlad. Twins won 11-2.
I’ll be there tomorrow… usual seats right behind home plate.. don’t wanna support owners but I love baseball

I only went to the opener so far, and I didn’t technically buy the ticket, my sister and Dad have season tickets. 🤷♂️
But, I spent zero on concessions haha. I brought in peanuts, licorice, sunflower seeds, beef sticks, and a pound and a half of chicken wings from Cub haha. They’re actually pretty good, I think they call em wing zings, just a tiny bit spicy. Oh and a little bag of cheese curds.
I don’t think any of us bought any food, I had enough for everyone pretty much haha. As a group we just bought 3 or 4 beers I think.
Edit: and I filled my Nalgene with water they provide.

I mean, to be fair aren’t the Wild and Wolves playing in playoff games tonight? I think when your choices are the most miserable franchise in baseball right now or two teams actually competing in the postseason its pretty easy.
Part of this is because people have work and school tomorrow. Part of this is because people want to watch the Wolves and Wild tonight.
But another part of this is because the team is performing poorly and ownership doesn’t seem to care.
Bottom of the 7th, looks like so far it’s one run per hundred fans in the stands.
UGH the weather is SO BEAUTIFUL tonight. And as of now the twins are up by 3 runs. I wish I could afford to go to games, I would love to be there.

They need to drop tickets out of a helicopter. Tell families kids under 12 can attend 5 games for free.
They moved the start time up 30 minutes.

Man, the fact that they’re only two games ahead of Chicago would tell any NORMAL ball club that change is needed. But, nope, not this team. I’m planning on being in Denver for the Twins-Colorado game in July, and the only good thing is ticket prices should go down since both teams are stinking it up. Still, with the games I’ve been to at Target Field, this is just pathetic.
